Please note that the reliance on any vehicle history report when purchasing a vehicle is at your own risk. We cannot be held liable for any purchases you make in reliance on our reports.

Refund Conditions

A refund can only be issued if the following two conditions are met:

  • The request for a refund is made within 7 days following the purchase.
  • The reason for the refund is considered valid according to our policy.

Valid Reasons for a Refund

  • Receiving an empty report
  • Being charged twice for the identical report

Invalid Refund Reasons

  • Inaccuracies in a report
  • Incomplete report
  • Untimely report
  • Failing to cancel the subscription before the renewal date

Please note that the monthly fee and subscription terms are clearly agreed upon before the purchase. These terms are also detailed on the purchase page and within our terms and conditions. If the subscription was not canceled before the next billing cycle, this does not qualify as a valid reason for a refund.
